Infrastructure leaders of tomorrow - mock mediation

Join us for our upcoming Infrastructure Leaders of Tomorrow (ILOT) event, an interactive mock mediation delivered by one of the leading mediators from the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) Amrik Kandola who was commercial mediator of the year last year.

The session will provide the opportunity to observe a mock mediation based around a dispute relating to an infrastructure project. The mock mediation will be delivered by Amrik and it will demonstrate the process of a typical mediation and include interaction between lawyers representing the parties and the mediator.
