Anaïs Reilhac

As member of our Project & Finance Africa department, Anaïs advises multinational companies, primarily in the energy and natural resources sector and its related infrastructure component, in French-speaking Africa.
Anaïs has significant experience in renewable energy, gained both in a law firm and in‑house. She began her career at a law firm specialising in the energy sector before joining TotalEnergies as a legal counsel, where she was involved in the development and legal oversight of wind, photovoltaic and hydropower projects.
She now advises international clients on complex energy and infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on contractual, regulatory and structuring matters, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and local counsel.
Anaïs holds two Master’s degrees from Paris 1 Panthéon‑Sorbonne University, in International Public Law and Energy Law, and has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2019.
