Arvitha is an experienced lawyer in the energy, construction and infrastructure sectors. She provides project counsel support to local clients on renewable energy projects and also handles construction related disputes.
Arvitha provides extensive support to local clients (private developers and suppliers) as project counsel on renewable energy projects. This entails strategic management of claims both upstream (at PPA level) and downstream (at EPC level) and extends to managing wider commercial issues during the project life cycle towards managing and reducing risks. She has also fulfilled advisory mandates for the firms' UK offshore wind market clients.
Arvitha has represented various clients in related disputes, across the energy, infrastructure and commercial sectors in both alternate dispute resolution forums and high court litigation. She has extensive experience in advising on bespoke and standard form contracts including FIDIC, JBCC, NEC and GCC.
