Arvitha is an experienced Construction lawyer with extensive experience in advising on bespoke and standard form contracts including FIDIC, JBCC, NEC and GCC. This extends to representing contractors and employers on various construction related disputes across residential and commercial properties to renewable energy projects. Her experience includes all forms of alternate dispute resolution forums and high court litigation on various aspects including contractual interpretation on breach and liability, delay claims, final account disputes and generally defending claims at contractor or employer level.
Arvitha also assists clients with project management on renewable energy projects at EPC and PPA level which includes formulating contractual notices and effectively managing claims to avoid disputes.
