Chun Pin works in the Beijing Construction Advisory and Disputes team, covering overseas construction projects and ventures involving primarily Chinese State-owned Enterprises and their counterparts abroad.
With an acute appreciation of the cultural differences involved in multinational contracts, Chun Pin bridges these differences and works closely with clients to provide them with solutions that strike at maximising commercial gains during the execution of their project.

I-Ching is qualified in Queensland and New South Wales, and is a legal practitioner of the High Court of Australia. She has extensive experience working in cross-cultural and cross-jurisdictional context, having studied and worked in Australia, Japan and now China, and having advised clients across diverse industries and geographical areas.
Qing is dual qualified in China and England and Wales. She has extensive experience working in cross-jurisdictional context, and has advised clients on some high profile disputes arising from infrastructure and energy sectors.
