Claudia is part of the German Managed Legal Services team and specialises in project management, contract law, copyright and media law as well as individual and collective employment law.
Claudia supports and advises clients from various industries, in particular a leading global technology and professional services company, a leading global insurance company and an asset management company through legal desks and hybrid projects. She reviews and negotiates contracts, including purchase and service agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and contracts and addenda for DORA compliance. She also communicates with service providers, conducts risk and gap analyses and applies her expertise in legal project management in a targeted and successful manner.
