Claudia supports and advises clients from various industries, particularly a leading global technology and professional services company, a leading global insurance company, and an asset management company, through legal desks and hybrid projects. She reviews and negotiates various types of contract, including purchase and service agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and DORA-compliant contracts and addenda, as well as agreements in the finance sector. Claudia also communicates with service providers, conducts risk and gap analyses, and applies her legal project management expertise in a targeted and successful manner.
