Felix acts as counsel in investment and commercial arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, PCA and ICSID, representing companies and states in energy, corporate, telecommunications and FinTech disputes across Europe, Latin America and the Middle East, including annulment and enforcement proceedings before French courts.
Félix advises on complex international arbitration matters, with a particular focus on investment disputes and high‑value commercial arbitrations. His experience covers telecommunications, FinTech, oil and gas, mining, corporate and banking sectors. He is involved at all stages of arbitral proceedings, from pre‑arbitration and pre‑litigation advice to jurisdictional challenges, merits, damages and post‑award proceedings. Félix also regularly assists with arbitration‑related court proceedings, including the annulment, recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards before French courts. He works closely with clients on procedural strategy and the coordination of multi‑jurisdictional cases, adopting a pragmatic and commercially focused approach. Félix is fluent in English, French, Arabic and Spanish.
