Felix advises German and international clients in the form of legal desks and hybrid projects. He reviews codes of conduct (CoC) in accordance with the German Supply Chain Act (LkSG), non-disclosure agreements (NDA) and negotiates contracts for compliance with DORA Agreements (NDA) and negotiates contracts for compliance with DORA requirements. He is also an expert in mass litigation and legal project management. His skill set also includes corporate housekeeping.
