Felix is part of Pinsent Masons' German Managed Legal Services team and advises legal desks and hybrid projects for German and international clients.
Felix advises German and international clients in the form of legal desks and hybrid projects. Among other things, he reviews non-disclosure agreements (NDA), codes of conduct (CoC), compliance requirements in the supply chain (LkSG/CSDDD) and contracts in the commercial/industry sector. Felix regularly negotiates contracts for compliance with DORA agreements. He is also an expert in mass litigation and legal project management.
