Grace is a Singapore-qualified construction advisory and dispute resolution specialist now practicing in Dubai. She has successfully represented clients in dispute resolution proceedings as well as provided advice on claims involving issues of delay, disruption, acceleration, prolongation, defects and variation claims, as well as force majeure, interference and general unforeseen exceptional events. Her experience with international clients from the Middle East, Europe and Asia across a variety of major infrastructure, construction, engineering and energy projects provides her with a unique and comprehensive understanding of advocating claims throughout the dispute resolution process.
