Jack advises clients on energy and infrastructure projects. He has experience across both bespoke and standard form contracts including FIDIC, the Standards Australia suite, and GC21. He advises both on contract formation and project delivery.
Jack is qualified to practice law in Victoria and the Federal Court and High Court of Australia. He is experienced in both front-end and back-end construction law, advising on contract formation and assisting with delivery across various projects in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Recent projects Jack has been involved in include multiple State significant projects in New South Wales, major rail infrastructure projects, and various onshore and offshore wind farms across the Asia-Pacific Region.
Jack can assist with drafting legal or contractual documents and advising on project delivery, with a particular emphasis on the energy and infrastructure sectors.
