Jordan acts for a range of clients in the project delivery phase and in disputes and appeals across the building, infrastructure and construction sectors, with a unique skill set in the building regulation, safety and compliance space.
At Pinsent Masons, Jordan has advised national and international construction, energy and infrastructure contractors, developers and SPVs on social infrastructure, energy and building projects throughout the project lifecycle and during dispute resolution.
He also advises a range of building practitioners, developers and owners on building regulatory requirements across the various Australian jurisdictions.
In this regard he has advised on practitioner registration requirements, regulatory compliance, and liabilities arising from combustible cladding, water ingress, fire safety issues, protection work disputes and enforcement action by statutory authorities. He also acts for clients in disciplinary proceedings and building regulatory prosecutions.
