Kamil Gapski is a member of the Real Estate practice group at Pinsent Masons. He advises national and international clients on a broad range of real estate matters, with particular focus on transactions on the Polish market, including acquisitions, disposals and sale and leaseback transactions. He has experience in preparing and coordinating due diligence reports, legal opinions and transaction documentation, as well as negotiating development management agreements for investors.
Kamil advises clients throughout the full lifecycle of real estate investments, from land acquisition and zoning, through development and construction (including architect and contractor agreements), to leasing and property management arrangements in the office, retail and logistics sectors. Before joining Pinsent Masons, Kamil worked for international law firms based in Warsaw.
