Senior Associate
Louise specialises in Employment and Business Immigration. She frequently advises clients on balancing the competing risks in these areas in both the UK and Ireland.
Louise has recently relocated to our Dublin office from the UK. Louise advises on all aspects of employment law and business immigration for employers across the UK and Ireland. She regularly advises large national and multi-national businesses on the differences between UK and Irish employment law, and the risks of falling foul of one or both jurisdictions. She acts as a subject-matter specialist on corporate transactions.
Louise also advises clients on setting up in Ireland, from putting in place template employment contracts and producing HR polices to securing work permits for employees from outside of Europe.
