She regularly advises large national and multi-national businesses across the UK. Louise has a broad practice spanning sponsor licence work, including acting as a Level 1 user for many of our key clients, managing an Employment Tribunal caseload, and advising on strategic planning in preparation for Brexit. She also acts as a subject-matter specialist on corporate transactions.
Louise frequently deals with UK right to work issues and advising on the tension between the strict immigration rules and following a fair process from an Employment perspective.
Louise’s Tribunal caseload includes complex discrimination issues, Equal Pay claims and TUPE complaints.
