Melissa Benalouane

Melissa advises industrial players, in particular developers and producers of renewable energy projects, in all contractual aspects of their activities starting from the development stage.
Prior to joining Pinsent Masons, Melissa worked in the energy law team of BCTG Avocats, where she advised developers in the structuring of projects and the financing of industrial operations and related supply contracts.
In 2022 and 2024, she seconded in the legal department of EDF Energies Nouvelles Réparties (EDF ENR). Melissa holds a Master's degree (MS/LLM) in international law and management and has obtained the Energy & Finance certificate from HEC Paris.
