Noëlle Fajardy

Noëlle advises financial institutions and borrowers on structuring, financing and refinancing as well as project development, both domestic and cross border. She has a focus on renewable energy, infrastructure and real estate.
Prior to joining Pinsent Masons, Noëlle worked several years in the Structured Financing department of Gide Loyrette Nouel, where she advised financial institutions and borrowers in the context of complex financing transactions, including project finance, real estate finance and acquisition finance.
Noëlle graduated with a degree in International Business Law from the National University of Taiwan and holds a Master's Degree in International and European Business Law from Paris-Dauphine University.
