Nombasa is an Associate in our Johannesburg office having commenced her traineeship in January 2022. She has experience across both the public and private sectors in infrastructure development, power projects, as well as conducting due diligence and providing regulatory and legal advisory services. She is experienced in drafting power purchase agreements in both the bilateral and trading environments and EPC and O&M contracts including standard form construction contracts such as the FIDIC, NEC and JBCC suite of contracts.
