Rohini advises clients throughout the lifecycle of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, from project delivery through to dispute resolution procedures and negotiations, including mediation, Security of Payment adjudication, expert determination and litigation.
Rohini has experience working throughout the lifecycle of a variety of construction projects, allowing her to gain a holistic understanding of the construction industry and the common issues being faced.
Rohini works with clients throughout the course of projects to provide strategic advice on delay, payment and quality in residential, commercial and infrastructure projects in Australia. Rohini also advises clients of their rights under the Security of Payment legislation, including enforcement of determinations.
Rohini has acted for head contractors, subcontractors and owners in complex disputes in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and Supreme Court of Victoria, as well as smaller scale disputes in the District Court and in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Rohini enjoys working with clients to resolve disputes and achieve commercial outcomes.
