Rohini Singh

Rohini Singh is an Australian-qualified lawyer with experience across the full lifecycle of construction and infrastructure projects, giving her a holistic understanding of the construction industry and the common issues being faced.

Rohini advises clients on delay, payment and quality disputes across infrastructure, energy, commercial and residential developments, and regularly assists clients in relation to Security of Payment legislation, including the enforcement of adjudication determinations.

Rohini has acted for head contractors, subcontractors and project owners in complex disputes before arbitral tribunals, courts, adjudicators and expert determination panels. Most recently, she was part of the Pinsent Masons team that acted in the first Australian court decision concerning the interpretation of a hybrid arbitration clause, where the Victorian Supreme Court preferred the interpretation advanced by Pinsent Masons' client.

Rohini enjoys working with clients to resolve disputes and achieve commercial outcomes.
