She advises developers, sponsors, lenders and investors on the development, financing and acquisition of renewable energy projects, including onshore and offshore wind, solar (including rooftop solar), anaerobic digestion, BESS and other novel energy technologies.
Shani regularly advises on offtake support schemes, grid connection and consenting matters, joint ventures and corporate structuring, and has significant experience on project and asset finance transactions.
