Senior Associate
Soomin specialises in international arbitration and construction matters, and has experience in both dispute resolution and advisory work.
Soomin has acted for clients in high-value international arbitrations arising from construction projects, shipbuilding, complex commercial contracts and investment agreements under various institutional rules including SIAC, ICC, LMAA and SCCA.
She also advises on infrastructure and energy projects globally. Projects that she advised on include offshore wind farms, rail lines and stations as well as commercial developments. She has dealt with claims involving variations, site conditions, delays, defects and termination issues and has supported clients with project delivery and dispute resolution in Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and the Middle East.
Soomin is fluent in both English and Korean and is dual-qualified in England & Wales and New York. Prior to joining Pinsent Masons, Soomin practised at a leading US law firm, where she represented clients in a broad range of international arbitration proceedings and commercial disputes across various sectors.

She has advised pillar banks and regulated entities regarding investigations and tribunals of inquiry.

Naiara advises locally and internationally in the construction sector, acting on behalf of global contractors, both in court and under various international arbitration rules (including CIAM and ICC). In addition, she regularly advises them on their day-to-day contractual relationships; their relationship with subcontractors and clients; and the review of contracts.
Senior Pensions Consultant
Nicci is a Senior Pensions Consultant in the Pinsent Masons Pensions Services team and provides risk and scheme management services, working closely with trustee boards, Pensions Managers and HR Directors.
