Thabiso has contributed to several significant matters across Southern Africa and internationally, spanning renewable energy developments, mining operations, coal-fired energy projects, large-scale infrastructure works, and commercial construction ventures. His experience includes advising multinational corporations, principal contractors, engineers, and subcontractors on dispute resolution strategies and contract interpretation. He has worked extensively with industry-standard forms of construction and engineering contract, including JBCC, FIDIC, and NEC3, as well as bespoke agreements. His dispute resolution experience spans mediation, adjudication and arbitration. Thabiso has further advised on data breach matters in the United Kingdom and provides ongoing risk advisory services to clients across the renewable energy sector.

Beyond his core practice, Thabiso maintains a keen interest in railway development across the African continent, recognizing the critical role that rail infrastructure plays in driving economic growth, regional integration, and sustainable development across Africa. In addition to his legal practice, Thabiso forms part of the firm's internal technology development team, focusing on innovative solutions to legal and operational challenges.
