Pinsent Masons advises on Hong Kong listing of LFG Investment Holdings Limited

International law firm Pinsent Masons has advised the Joint Sponsors (Lego Corporate Finance Limited and TUS Corporate Finance Limited) and the Underwriters, on the approximately HK$121 million public offer and placing of shares, and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange of LFG Investment Holdings Limited (“LFG Investment”).
LFG Investment is an active financial services provider in Hong Kong which engages in the provision of (i) corporate finance advisory services; (ii) underwriting services; (iii) securities dealing and brokerage services; (iv) securities financing services; and (v) asset management services.
The Pinsent Masons Team was led by Corporate Partner Kenneth Chong, with support from Legal Director Sylvia Zee, Solicitors Shirley Yeung and Anna Cheung, and Paralegals Aurora Yu and Max Chan in the Hong Kong office.
