International Law firm Pinsent Masons has advised Serco Holdings Limited on the acquisition of Philips Collection Services Limited. The deal puts Serco in a strong position to address the growing opportunity for public sector fines and enforcement services.

Serco supports governments, agencies and companies around the world to deliver essential services that matter to millions of people. It offers operational, management and consulting expertise in a wide variety of sectors including defence, education, environmental services, health, home affairs, transport and welfare to work.

The Pinsent Masons team advising on the deal was led by Corporate Partner Joanne Ellis assisted by Emma Metcalfe, Beth O'Neill, Clare Francis, Stacey Keen, Rebecca Pendlebury, Zahir Karim and Gavin Paul.

Commenting on the deal Joanne Ellis said: “We are proud to have supported Serco with this strategic acquisition and will continue to work closely with the team on any future opportunities.”
