Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has advised global management consultancy, Kearney, on its acquisition of TEAMS Design.

The Pinsent Masons team advising on the deal was made up of a cross-border team from Germany and China and advised on US legal matters with the support from the US law firm Sidley. The firm advised Kearney on all aspects of the acquisition including tax, IP, competition, employment and property law-related advice.

The Pinsent Masons team was led by Dr. Sandra Schuh and Ronald Meißner and included Marcus Hierl, Wei Liu, Ruth Maria Bousonville and Michael Lin.

An expert Dr. Sandra Schuh said: "We are delighted to have assisted long-standing client Kearney on another complex transaction.
