Diversity & Inclusion: Your essential update

D&I continues to move at pace, and business needs to keep moving forward with it. Understanding the latest developments as well as what’s on the agenda is the first step, and this essential update will cover:

• dealing with harassment at work, including government consultation, harassment by third parties and technical guidance expected from EHRC;
• NDAs – the latest report from the Women & Equalities Committee sets out that employers should have board/ senior level engagement on this issue as well as collating data of incidences of harassment, and the government has proposed legislation to limit NDA use;
