Dr. Alexander Bibi
Associate
Alexander is part of the IP team in Frankfurt and advises on all matters of intellectual property law.
A particular focus of his work lies in advising on the exploitation and enforcement of copyright, the law governing collecting societies, as well as the liability of online platforms. In addition, Alexander regularly advises on digitalisation projects, especially those involving questions of licensing and the implementation of artificial intelligence. Furthermore, Alexander is a commentator on §§ 2, 7–10 of the German Copyright Act in the BeckOnline commentary and is a frequent author of specialist publications.
