Sebastian is part of the German Managed Legal Services team, advising legal departments as well as hybrid projects for German and international clients.
Sebastian advises clients across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on leading international technology companies. Sebastian has several years of experience negotiating complex contracts in the technology, engineering and software sectors, as well as advising on product liability matters. His contractual work is underpinned by substantial experience in contentious matters relating to the interpretation and enforcement of contractual provisions. In addition, he has strong expertise in legal project management and in the efficient coordination of complex mandates involving multiple stakeholders. From 2018 to 2024, Sebastian was a member of the German dispute resolution practice at Pinsent Masons, advising on complex commercial disputes, including large‑scale and mass proceedings
