Multinational law firm has hired partner Eran Chvika to expand the firm's project finance capability in France and Francophone Africa.
Eran has French-law financing expertise with a focus on the energy and infrastructure projects. This includes structured, acquisition and real estate finance in additional to multi-sourced energy project financings in France and Francophone African jurisdictions. Eran has over 14 years’ experience and joins from Norton Rose Fulbright.
Eran advises on both lender and sponsor led transactions with key clients such as InfraRed, NTR, and Nord/LB . He advises banks, international financial institutions, sponsors, investment funds and developers on a wide range of domestic and cross-border complex financing and acquisition transactions.
