International law firm Pinsent Masons has been named Private Equity Law Firm of the Year in the 2011 Unquote British Private Equity Awards.
International law firm Pinsent Masons has been named Private Equity Law Firm of the Year in the 2011 Unquote British Private Equity Awards.
The awards are widely recognised as the leading private equity awards in the UK. The judges praised Pinsent Masons for its focus and determination to build and develop long lasting institutional relationships in the mid market. This focus has seen the firm advise institutions including ECI, BPE, HIG, and ISIS on a number of high profile deals during the year.
